• Applications Go Live: April 12, 2024
  • A link to the Google Form for the application will be here to click on. PLEASE pay attention to important dates on the form. If you are going to miss most of the important events, please reconsider applying. 
  • Applications Due: April 26, 2024
• Teacher Recommendations and Follow-Ups: April 29 - May 6, 2024
  • Once applications are closed, the SPARTAN Leader Sponsors will go through the applications and send out a recommendation form to the teachers for their input. We will also do some follow-up meetings with teachers and possibly students before selection.
• Selection of Leaders: May 6, 2024
  • SPARTAN Leader Sponsors will go through the applications and recommendations and meet to select the new Leaders.
• Decision Letters Go Out: May 10, 2024
  • Letters determining acceptance or not will be sent out to all applicants.
• After-School Meet and Greet with New Leaders: May 14, 2024
  • New SPARTAN Leaders will meet each other and the SPARTAN sponsors.
  • Sponsors will give out further information about other summer opportunities and next steps.
• Spartan Day Training - August 6, 2024, 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM  (Lunch will be served)
• Spartan Day - August 7, 2024, 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Lunch will be served)
  • Link to Fee Payment of $50 (which pays for t-shirts, lunch for training day, Name Tag, and miscellaneous items Leaders might need for various activities like the dance and Open House)
